Caribbean Express Grill & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Camden

I tried this place for the first time today. The online pictures to what the actual place looks like is misleading. The man behind the ice cream counter needs to work on his social and customer service skills. Rolled his eyes when reminded I ordered a medium size water ice. The Diabilito (mangonada) was made with Italian water ice, instead it should be made with real mangos! It was gross and disgusting. The burrito was okay but was told the sour cream was bad. Red flag there. The food on the display looked dried, lost my appetite. I will never come back here....

The floor had trash on it. I heard two people complaining because they saw the chef eating and serving without gloves. My food was cold and they put it in the microwave, I expected the food to be warm without microwave. We also ordered some nachos and the meat inside it was cold. Next time order mexican food like nachos,tacos and burrito at a mexican restaurant.

I would give this place a 0 came from Philly to give it a try as I’m standing there waiting for my order I see roaches on the counter when I look in between the register and fridge they have roach traps full of roaches still get my banana split and leave the place give half of my ice cream to my son found hair all in the ice cream I don't know how people are given them 5 stars if as soon as you come in place looks dirty place needs to close down and...
