Esthetics Center El Dorado Hills — Local services in Cameron Park

My experience at this aesthetic center, specifically with the injector Kelly, has been disappointing and frustrating from the very beginning. I went in with high expectations, but what I received was a lack of professionalism, disorganization, and a treatment that did not deliver the expected results.

From the first appointment, I noticed they were unclear about the purpose of my visit. Kelly showed no interest in what I was explaining, and she even had to consult with the reception about other treatments I mentioned. When the procedure was finally done on October 11th, it was quick and lacked attention to detail. She didn’t show me the injections, nor did she provide any aftercare instructions. I had to search for all the information on Google when I got home, which is unacceptable.

Days went by, and I noticed no changes in my face. I called the center, and they told me to wait two weeks. I insisted on booking an appointment (because they don’t consider follow-up necessary) and had to adjust my schedule to attend. During this consultation, Kelly insisted that the Botox “would continue working” and that the results would improve over time. However, the days passed, and the movement on my forehead increased, clearly indicating that the expected result was not achieved. I sent photos and videos via email, and at all times, it felt like they didn’t take my concerns seriously.

In subsequent communications, Kely justified the poor result by saying that Botox cannot erase pre-existing lines, but my main complaint was always the movement on my forehead, which should have been nonexistent according to the treatment I requested. The response from the center was to offer more Botox, but at an additional cost, which I refused because I had already paid a high price and had lost confidence in them. When I asked if they thought the work was done well, they only defended Kelly’s experience without offering any solutions.

Eventually, I requested a refund, and they told me they wouldn’t give it to me, suggesting I find another place for treatment. This only deepens my distrust about the quality of the product they used and the actual amount of units applied, as external professionals I consulted concluded that the treatment was poorly done.

Additionally, we after researching the center, I found other reviews from patients with similar experiences. This, coupled with the fact that the cost is significantly higher than other places, makes me feel completely scammed.

I hope this review serves as a warning for anyone considering this center. I will post photos of the before, during, and after to clearly show the result of this procedure. I do not recommend this place at all, and I deeply regret having to go through this...

My considerable research and significant due diligence to find the right plastic surgeon encompassed three other paid consultative visits of highly-rated counterparts before deciding on Dr. Reginald Rice. Dr. Rice being double-board certified gave me confidence and contributed to my ease of mind during this process. I am so grateful and fortunate to have found such an experienced surgeon with the professionalism, patience, and gifted/artistic skill you provided me. In addition, your great attention to detail delivered results that exceeded my expectations.

I have been self-conscious of my turkey neck and sagging neck skin for several years, trying to hide it with scarves, hoodies, or turtle-neck sweaters. Finally, I decided to dramatically enhance my jawline and get a tighter, firmer neckline to not only compliment my face but provide me with a more youthful and attractive profile. Having plastic surgery/neck lift is always a personal choice. I knew I had made the right choice as soon as I walked into your exceptional facility.

Finally made it back to Sacremento to visit friends and of course scheduled a med spa appointment at this wonderful facility! I went in for Botox and enjoyed a lovely appointment with Danika. As always, I was greeted with big smiles from Terry, Sassy and Alexis at the front counter. I was checked in quickly and offered a sparkling water. I love that! The appointment was on time as always and I was greeted by Danika, who was already updated on my previous treatments with Alix. I appreciate how all the medspa employees keep eachother in the loop for the best customer experience. The waiting room is peaceful and calming. The restrooms are always clean and stocked with the most wonderful paper towels, lotions and sprays too. Love everything about this place! Thanks again!

Today I had the pleasure of having Botox and lip filler treatments with Alex. My experience with her is always 100% lovely and I appreciate how she remembers special details about my life. It's always nice to be asked how things are going especially when I feel down about myself. She really makes me feel pretty and confident when I leave. My experience at the El Dorado Hills location has always been fantastic and the women at the Greeting Counter always say hello with a smile. I appreciate everyone's kindness and efficiencies.
