I always try my best to pay my bills on time. I put this bill on auto pay to insure paying my bill on time. When my father passed on Father’s Day, I had no worries about my bill. I did not check my account like I normally would to see if the money had been taken out because I knew that that was one less thing that I had to be concerned about during my time of grief. Two months go by, no problem. The bill is on autograft. I am now in a place to check on bills and to make sure that everything is running smoothly. When I did, I found a notice stating that Quality Home Rentals was auctioning off my items in my storage unit. I called to see what had happened and Phillip was so nasty to me! He charged my card without authorization for the full amount and proceeded to make it seem like it was all my fault. I WOULD “NOT” recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!
