Me and friend went into the salon yesterday after we called and confirmed they can free hand designs, when we went inside the place was clean and wasn’t busy. We was disappointed right away when the lady didn’t take us both for pedicures once again they was not busy, about half way in to my friends pedicure she started on me. While getting our pedicures we noticed she was not putting in any effort such as no hot towels wrapped around our legs, the massages was very short and she did not cut or file our toes straight the color I picked was not the shade I received nor was the whole nail painted she also cut my toe and tried to cover it up, when I noticed she just told me to put it back in the water. Someone else came in for a pedicure and I noticed she had on the same gloves and used the same utensils as she used on me without sterilizing them. At that point I became concerned over my open wound and wondered if she even sterilized them before me also when we was told they free hand designs it turns out they don’t, while my friend was getting her manicure she was informed of this I do not recommend this place due to the fact...

definitely won’t be coming back for a 3rd time . this is just a trashy mess , none of my nails are even an he charged me 45 for a fill in after he told me 25 , and said i would be paying 30 for my toes yet the total came out to $125 . FOR A MESS . i love the lady in there but she burnt my toes with the drill at least 6times . i know they work hard but this is crazy i didn’t want to be a karen so i payed and left even after i reminded him of the original price he told me it would be . DONT GO HERE . they rush a don’t fix clear mistakes . also they have roaches ! when they lady took the liner off the tub my feet soak in THERE WAS ROACHES ! 🤢 I STILL PAYED 120 NOT WORTH IT WONT...
