Subway — Restaurant in Kentucky

I placed an online order for 2 footlongs and a meal deal. I chose the "more" option on nearly every veggie they have, because I love veggies and wanted it stuffed full. The sandwiches were made quickly and were ready when I walked in but boy was I disappointed when I unwrapped them. Both footlongs were skinny with barely any veggies. Not only were they not stuffed full, but the last 2 inches of them on both sides were nothing but bread. Instead of double veggies like I wanted, I found almost no veggies. Paper thin tomatoes and cucumbers, nearly non-existent onions and peppers. A sprinkle of lettuce, olives and spinach. No banana peppers and barely a jalapeño in sight. So very disappointing. I miss being able to get discounts in person. This online ordering sucks. I used to be able to watch them and tell them to add more. They want us to pay premium prices for a sandwich, then refuse to give us our money's worth. This location does not care about their customers or about making them happy. They just want to cut corners and rip off their patrons. I will never order from this location again. I would rather drive to Campbellsville or Hodgenville to get my food. Save your money. On Friday April 5th, 2024 at 2:10 pm, my wife went to the Greensburg Ky.Subway location. The server was not friendly at all. When my wife walked up to the counter, instead smiling and asking how she could help her, she scowled and stared at her. She never asked what she wanted. My wife told her what she wanted and the server starting making the sandwiches. She picked up too many slices of cheese and instead on laying them back in the container, she threw them. She dropped the knife she was using and sighed and kicked the knife across the floor. She never said thank you or anything nice. Orders $28 in subs, only 3 breads available and 1 was so HARD that it couldn't be eaten. We called about it being remade and young girl hung up on my 68 year old mother. Mother called back and spoke with Joy, the manager and she said to bring it back and it would be remade. I went out there and Joy, the manager, grabbed sandwich from counter and thru in trash and then refused to make another or give a refund. Demanded for me to leave the store without either.
