UPDATE : Instead of doubling down on being wrong, rude and unprofessional, yall could have just apologized for my bad experience instead of trying to twist the story into something it's not on social media. The bigger issue wasn't getting the order wrong, even though y'all served my 6 year old caffeine which he cannot have, it was the way I was spoken to by one of your workers! She was rude & argumentative so I matched her energy and she didn't like that very much. Not only did I get a condescending phone call the other day but I've also been made aware of a post that's been made on y'all's fb about me which is just further proving my point on the unprofessionalism . ( I'm assuming yall didn't think it would get back to me since yall clearly blocked me 😂) & am now receiving silly messages from ppl wanting to "fight" me. I've also been sent some comments. Forwarding to my attorney. Oh, & for the ones commenting "wHy DiD sHe KeEp CoMiNg BaCk" because my son rly liked their milkshakes, and I enjoyed their coffee as well up until that last experience, which I told the owner when she called I wouldn't waste another dime there!
Way over priced and extremely slow. They've continued to get our order wrong nearly every time we've been here. Today, when I asked for it to be made correctly the girl blamed it on me for ordering wrong, when she is the one who usually rings everything up incorrect. She stated "ALL of our frappes are made with coffee" and that I should have specified that when ordered. Which contradicts what y'all's very own menu says when there is very clearly a list that says no caffeine. I told her any other time I've ever ordered it it's never had coffee in it and she was adamant it had to be specified and came across rude & argumentative. Vanilla frappes are never usually made with coffee FYI. Clearly she needs to be educated on what frappes include caffeine and which do not, and could also use some customer service etiquette as well. Read moreLove having a great coffee shop in town that is consistent on the quality of coffee and is easy to get in and out of. The location is great being near our main intersection behind the post office. Even though the city is ruining it with a roundabout but that's a whole different kind of post. The ladies are always friendly and personable. My only complaint is they are almost always extremely busy, which is a blessing for them, but if you are in a hurry you might have to skip it. I have a few times just because of appointments but that is really the only problem here. I have waited up to an hour on a Saturday because the parking lot was full and there was around 6 cars in the drive thru. They have progressively gotten faster, especially on the busier days, so they might not have been ready for the amount of business they ended up getting.
