I ordered 1 book and 1 DVD. Sent the order form, along with a check on 8/26 by Certified Mail. They received the order on 8/29. Since then, I waited 2 WEEKS for the order. I emailed them twice within the 2 weeks, threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Then on 9/16, a customer service representative name Ariel, sent out two tracking numbers. The DVD and book was split into two seperate shipments. Both orders supposedly shipped on 9/17. I got the DVD portion of my order on 9/22. The tracking on the book shipment is still stuck on "USPS awaiting item" as of 9/26. So after 13 DAYS, the USPS has yet to scan this shimpent. I'm starting to think that ERHBC does not have the book. They have the book on BACK ORDER. ERHBC does not want to refund the money. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Ariel has been giving me the go around for the last month. I live in Virginia, not the UK. I recieved orders faster than this from the UK by Royal Mail.

I agree with the earlier review from the Texas resident. I think this company has been sold to a bunch of scammers. I have been a customer of ERHBC for 5 years. It seems like these guys just take your money, and don't deliver the order. The company has the nerve to blame the Rona on the slow and unprofessional service. I will file a claim with revdex.com to get a refund on the book portion of my order. Don't buy from these guys. PERIOD!

Update as of 9/26: Magically, the USPS tracking scan updated to "arrived at Washington, DC Distribution Center. I guess leaving this review on Google Reviews, Revdex.com, and their own Facebook page worked wonders. Sad. Keep in mind, they are supposed to be CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday. I ordered two books from this company as a test run after being sent a copy of their catalog by a friend. Their website was poorly constructed and what seemed to be stock numbers in their catalog would not come up with any books when inputted into the search feature on the site. Finally, I was able to find two books of interest and ordered them. Now, several weeks later, my credit card has been charged and I have yet to receive the books that I have paid for. I received, ten days ago, a notification from the book seller that my order had "been shipped". When checking, the next day, the USPS tracking site, it showed that the Post Office had been notified that there was a package to be picked up. After that--nothing. Having used USPS and their tracking system rather extensively, I understand that, after the item is picked up and is in the USPS system, it will show up as being in the system--not awaiting pick up. I also understand that the average time for USPS to ship a book to me from the New England area is five to six days. Hamilton claims that the order was shipped on 13 June. Their e-mail notification claims that the package was ready for USPS pick up on 16 June. After decades of ordering from ERHBC with 5 star results, I am now drafting a letter to CT Dept of Consumer Protection requesting they investigate my allegation that ERHBS is guilty of Interstate Mail Fraud. ERHBC deposited my check for over $70.00 but returned my order form with a pre-printed card that stated no payment was included with my order. ERHBC's responses to my multiple requests for a refund of my payment that ERHBC has effectively stolen are absurd! After my written complaint to Dept of Consumer Protection is submitted, my next package will go to USPS alleging Criminal Interstate Mail Fraud. I have tried to be understanding that a single employee could have made a simple mistake that could be easily corrected, but I am completely fed up with the absurd run around. I am concerned that ERHBC has been sold to some shysters who are going to screw old customers until the news gets around that the business we knew and loved is in the hands of crooks.
