Should be a zero stars moment. The fact that nearby places and spaces have to post warning signs for the neighborhood to determine whether this area of Rockford is worth visiting. It is unfortunately not—exception: Botswick lake and the Botswick Lake Inn. After visiting this upscale vintage store with nothing but overpriced junk—I left. Parked there and was ticketed. I spoke with the locals in the area who were empathetic towards my boyfriend and I getting towed because we parked in their lot. Mind you, we went inside the local vintage store and were therefore, patrons. I have a large network in the surrounding Grand Rapids area, and I will be letting them all aware to not shop at a place that is exploitative and after reading other reviews. It does not appear that they are making enough profit, so they must look for other routes such as towing any second they can leech off of it. Thank you for reading my review.

This antique store is an absolute treasure find. Lots of very unique and hard to items. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional quality antiques. Owners are super friendly and very helpful with any questions that you may have. Also, the restaurant within the antique store is a must visit. The food was delicious and you get a lot of food for the money. The ice cream shop had one of a kind flavors. Don't miss out on a truly unique find out in the countryside next to a lake. Well worth the drive even if it is just to browse or have breakfast/lunch. We will definitely be back.

Great rental space also. Yes, this is a very nice antique store, and Aunt Belle's Kitchen is also here. But they have space for rent with pretty antique tables and chairs, and china and linens can also be rented. Antique furniture, fireplace, china cabinets, and seasonal decorations as well.

Not one to write google reviews but feel the need here. The people that own this place should be ashamed of how they run business. I wouldn’t step one foot in this place as they don’t care about the community. If they had any business acumen they would understand that people that frequent BLI to eat might be a potential customers of theirs Instead they use TERRIBLE business ethics and have block off their lot for years after hours where they get no business. NOW they put up lame parking signs and ticket people $60 for parking in their EMPTY lot. As a business owner across Grand Rapids and Michigan I typically support local business but NOT these people. I will pay my $60 to park in your lot as I know this is a money maker for you BUT that won’t last and I good old Karma will handle your...

I have never before written a review good or bad. Disgusted by the pure greed of this business. Whatever grievances they have with neighboring restaurant should be taken up with the restaurant not the patrons. I understand that parking is an issue. I was ok with an $8 parking fee. But after a disappointing dinner and slow service at BLI ( management made ammends) we were greeted with a $59 late parking fee. We were 10 min late. The fee is outrageous compared to downtown GR. The have a truck outside waiting to ticket every car and the business is not even open. Pure greed. I’ve heard this place is charming but will boycott forever...
