Family Dollar — Local services in Canonsburg

I don’t even understand this family dollar. Every single time I go here, it has different hours. It’s supposed to be open until 10 pm during summer, 9 pm normally, i stop at 7 pm half of the time and it’s closed. I don’t know who owns this, but you might as well sell this store because it’s so terrible. I went tonight, a handwritten sign said they closed at 4:30 pm. What kind of store closes at 4:30??? Also service is terrible IF you ever manage to get in the doors since they’re literally never open. Most of the time, you have to ring a bell for service because you can’t ever find someone. There should be negative stars to account for this...

Can't stand this location of Family Dollar. Its just the worst with staffing. Im sick and tired of waiting around for 5-10 minutes and having to ring a bell for service up front. Start staffing these locations with more employees or just dont even bother opening the doors. It's not necessarily an employees fault management cant staff - but at the same time we all need to be aware when people are up front trying to check out. This was my first visit in a while to this location. I do not live in the area, but I however do work in the area. I quickly realized why this is not one of my regular Family Dollar stores to visit. Although the staff was friendly, the store was a complete mess. It is by far one of the dirtiest Family Dollar stores Ive been in a while. Definitely would not stop back.
