West Pike Bowl — Local services in Canonsburg

Bowled here on a Wednesday night 6-8 pm. We had 13 people in our group. We called a month in advance and were told it was $14/person without pizza and $20.95/person with pizza. No one in our group did the food deal and just ordered from menu paying separately. We went up to pay and the cashier told us the total was $600. 13x14= 182? We told the cashier that we were told the $14 on the phone when we made the reservation. He then was able to bring the bill down to $400?!

Their website states $30/lane/hour. We had four lanes so $240. Now I see the website says $4 per pair of shoes... 13x4= 52....240+52=292 and then they added a $50 gratuity payment!

The receipt only says "14 Pizza and Boneless Prime $335.30" They just make up prices!... Its a shame because the bowling alley is nice and fun. The staff seemed friendly and food was even good.... but $400? If you do decide to go here, expect to pay about...

First time at this place, and it was the worst bowling alley I've ever been to. Walked in, and no one was around to help and was empy of guest. When someone finally showed up 10 minutes later, he didn't even greet me. Then left to the office and came back. It seemed like I and my child weren't welcomed. I should have left, but my kid was excited to play. So I stood. No explanation on pricing and he then tried to put us all the way at the end, at the last lane. The place is empty, what was he thinking. Never again, people need to start treating everyone with respect and kindness, especially if they are guest in your business. Shame...

Bowling ball was damaged by lanes, was told would be called when repaired, I had to call month later to find out it had been sitting around for 3 weeks.

Called asked about Sat night bowling, after league finished, was told no reservations or list, was first come first serve. League bowling end around 9:30, we arrived at 8:15, the no reservations was lie. there was a list of 10 people already.

They only opened half lanes after league for Covid reasons, but allowed 10 people on each lane for league, all of which were last than a foot apartment.
