I decided to use Deli Department for my son graduation party. I'm very happy I did. Deli department manager Kim went extra mile to see that all party needs have been covered. I had the best of everything that this Deli has to offer, and team work make it possible to have a wonderful party. When substitution was in order Tiffany called me, and offered a delightful pasta dish. Jessica and another lady (sorry I didn't get a name) helped me to pack and even load it to the car. Cashier was very dismissive. I know that companies cannot always control what kind of people they hire, but some of them need some basic customer service skill training. At Superone as a cashier, you: Greet customer Ask what type bag they would like, or if they have their own NEVER make a customer feel rushed by Continuously pushing their purchased items almost off of the counter

I have never experienced this at any Superone, but just letting others who have experienced this know that you are Not alone. And it is Definitely OKAY to call and speak with management so they can get...

I don't here often for the salad bar.... The selection is great but might I suggest that you find a different way to dispense salad dressings besides the canisters? Salad dressings that are less solid such as Italian, Catalina....these are fine coming from a canister but has anyone working for Super One personally attempted to dispense blue cheese dressing from one of these? The phrase "slow as molasses" comes to mind...also...it's messy...otherwise great selection and pricing....but...seriously...find a better way to present...
