Subway — Restaurant in Hermantown

I don't know what has changed recently but online ordering has gotten terrible. Ordered today at 4:15 pm got there at 4: 40 pm and my order wasn't even started. To top that, they helped 2 walk ins before even asking me if I needed help while standing at the cashier register and pick up area. I could see someone pulled the online order since the slip was on the counter so SOMEONE was aware of it. The employee working the counter seemed unaware of it and the order wasnt even started. This has happened twice now. So much for Online Express!!! Had to wait additional time for them to finish 3 footlong subs.

I lived in Duluth for two years while attending college and this is hands down the best subway I have ever eaten at. It may be busy during lunch and dinner hours but what restaurant isn't. The bread is always fresh and the veggies are exceptional. The employees are always nice and quick with making sandwiches. Every veggie was basically empty. I got mayo with a side of sandwich. Openly talked to me about how the early shift “messed up everything”. Had to ask for more lettuce and I didn’t bother to ask for more tomatoes cause they were none left that I could see. This wasn’t even the start of it.
