Twice in a roll in a Sunday morning that they sell us old pastries hard as a rock or stale while they have a fresh bash and we ask for it and they say no, it is the same. Besides the portions are now much smaller than used to be with an higher price. In summary, overpriced , bad service and old pastries not going back. ** My answer to your reply below: I was there this morning (4/27/2025)at 8:15 am, you had 2 people working at the counter, I ordered a Macha Latte, and an Americano, a Blondie (extremely sweet) and an old blueberry lemon muffin (much smaller than original) requested a fresh one that was still in the baking pan and one of the attendants said no, it is all the same. After splitting the muffin in the middle to share with my husband it had white pieces of flour inside, and hard as a rock, ate 1 piece. The service has been bad as well (cold milk on the matcha) and I didn't say that I went there last weekend on Easter, the same happened a few weekends ago on Sunday again. It is not a nice response from a business owner, the least you can do is to apologize. It does cost money and I paid full price. Thank you very much, this non-centric customer service is reinforced now by your...
Read moreUpdate: Just realized that you can call ahead to reserve an item in the morning if you know you will be there later in the day. Have done this a few times with egg bites. Honestly, when they always said they were sold out before, I didn’t believe them. My mistake. However, I will say… there is consistently a worker there that is rude. She is just unfriendly and unaccommodating, which is a shame bc she is the face of the place some days. We much prefer the younger lady that works there. She is always so friendly!
Service is incredibly slow. They only have 1 person making drinks and they really need 2. Also, they don’t have any gluten free items. They have egg bites on the menu but never actually make them. Not sure what is going on there. Coffee is good and the staff is friendly. They just need to improve in a...
Read moreStumbled on this place while visiting their neighbor, Sugar Pike Junction. I know about the coffee situation at SPJ so I wanted to check out what FFM had going on.
I walked in, expecting another little hole in the wall. Instead, it was like walking into a cartoon igloo where the interior is a castle. At the front of the market, they have a selection of goods, including take home dinners. Gonna be honest, none of it looked appealing for the price point.
I didn't try the coffee. It's all espresso-based, no drip. Instead, they made a nice London Fog Latte. Nice folks working the pastry and coffee bar.
If you continue into the back of the market, it opens up into this gorgeous, sitting space with local photography on the walls and beautiful, natural light. Great place which I'm sure I'll find...
