OMG, I LITERALLY CANT SCREAM HOW AMAZING, HELPFUL AND REASSURING THIS PLACE AND THESE GUYS ARE!!!! I had tried to go to a place in North Canton, and left feeling so unsure and uncomfortable ... it's never good when there's a lot of hummms in a statement. I tried Best buy but of course the process is so difficult with appointments, customer service, service plans, Yada yada... I had heard about the tech spot online from some other folks on fb. I AM CONSIDERING MYSELF SOOO LUCKY because I had literally almost lost my whole life's worth of career, photos, etc... SOME HOW THESE GUYS BY A MIRACLE AND GRACE OF GOD SAVED EVERYTHING!!!! From literally the first moment I walked in until I came back, they were so confident, clear, direct about the process and the steps that would be taken!!! I literally wanted to cry and these guys and this place went above and beyond!! I wish I knew there names!!! I am so lucky these guys do the work they do and sooo glad this place exists!!!! It's worth every penny!!! Plus the time it took was a quick turn around!!! I would recommend them a million...

purchased a “like new” iPhone from your tech spot. after using the phone for a couple days, noticed that the battery life was very poor. i called Apple technical support and they said I will need a new battery soon as it was 83%. when i called, i could barely understand the man. they wanted me to bring the device back in. why should i have to come all the way back up from green just to get something they should have fixed in the first place!!!!! when you go in, the store is very messy and no organization. maybe this was a one off, but this was a bad experience. they did fix it but no offer of discounts. seems like a lot of the stuff they have or use is returns with bright yellow stickers that say micro on them. there were a few things sitting on the counter so im not too sure that these devices are...

I paid this merchant $160 to replace the screen on my Motorola Droid Play Z. When I picked up the phone, the employee informed me that the screen had not been replaced properly, but did not offer to fix the issue. The new screen cracked and detached within 3 days. The phone was not subjected to any rough usage during this or any other time. I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of parts, workmanship, and services provided by this merchant.

I took the phone back Monday morning as the merchant requested, and the repair was completed by Wednesday morning. So far, the new screen appears to be well-attached, and the function is flawless.
