Not only do I LOVE this product, but the customer service I received from Thomas is second to none. I ordered a 10"x20" "Adventures" magnet board to use for displaying National Park magnets in my RV. The size and sentiment "Adventures" was exactly what I was looking for; however, I ordered the clear coat expecting the finish to be similar to stainless steel. I was disappointed when the product arrived as it was a dark rustic finish and not what I had in mind. That is no fault of Think Metal, just my misunderstanding and I should have clarified the color "clear coat" before ordering. After my multiple email questions were promptly and patiently responded to by Thomas (He even offered to make a new board, but I decided I could spray paint the board I received and not waste any more of Thomas' time.) I've finally gotten around to spray painting the board and I am very pleased with how it turned out. I may opt for a few more coats, but I'm excited to hang it in my RV. I ordered my metal address sign from Thinkmetal and it arrived packaged very well and very quickly! I’m very happy with the quality and my only mistake is that I plan on putting this on a mailbox and it’s only readable one way so now I might have to buy a second for the other direction!
