This place is great!! Previously, I'd bought a brand new washing machine from a big box store where all they have is the new-fangled digital machines. You know, the kind with water level sensing devices that NEVER put enough water into the tub to clean and rinse your clothes thoroughly. Sure, the bells and whistles on these digital machines look snazzy, but these new electronic machines are worthless if what you want is a really good, clean wash that gets out all the soap residue and doesn't leave lint all over your clothes. Mickey delivered and installed a refurbished Kenmore that works just like I want it to. Instead of multiple one-second spritzes that barely wet things down, the water comes gushing out into the tub like it should and fills the tub to the level YOU want, not what government-mandated electronics are set to deliver. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! That sums up my experience with Appliances To Go!! I was new to Florida area and when I needed Appliances for our newly purchased Naples condo I went to a store I was familiar with back home, Home Depot. I ordered AND PAID FOR, the Appliances from them and set a delivery date a month out. Day before delivery I received a text from them telling me delivery was on time. Few minutes later received text saying delivery was delayed for several weeks! Long story short I canceled Home Depot.

Found "Appliances to Go" on the internet. Saw some good reviews so I called them. Spoke with Mickey. He didn’t know me from Adam, .but not only did he match the prices from Home Depot, the delivery, installation and haul away was cheaper! Since I wasn't going to be there day of delivery, back home in Illinois, they worked with individual I have watching condo while I'm gone so that he didn't have to sit and wait all day.

To say I am satisfied would be an understatement. I love this business. I needed to order an appliance for a friend, but since I now live out of state, everything had to be done by phone. Because of the great reviews, I took a chance. I called and spoke with Doris about my needs. She was kind, helpful, and informative. She took the time to look at inventory, describe the appliances, and make suggestions. Based on her response, I felt like I could really trust this business.

Already long story short, I made a purchase and scheduled the delivery. Not only did they deliver the same day, they promised to get the necessary power equipment (different amps) and return for installation. My friend was ecstatic! I am grateful.
