The service was awful. We ordered October & it came March. When I went in to ask when it was coming he was with someone so I sat down & waited. He came over & sternly asked what I wanted. I said to know when our paid for furniture was coming. He took 2 steps standing over me & tells he had called & told me it was being delivered on Tuesday. I replied he NEVER returned any call to us & he yelled again I was a liar & the furniture was being loaded at that time & he walked away. I was STUNNED. I sat there waiting, then walked out to the truck & guess what there was NOTHING there the size of is sofa & love seat to be delivered & I said just that. He yelled from inside the truck asking did I want my money back? After he assaulted me with ANGER & RUDENESS I said yes I want my money back. Guess what he said ... His wife had the check book & he couldn't write a check to me. I went home & eventually had to go to an attorney. Then we got our furniture but even tough giving my money back was HIS idea he wouldn't even do that. I have never met a true business person as RUDE OR NASTY as he is. I think because I'm a senior citizen he thought he acted that way. If you ever shop there, please check his history with the courts & credit lines & any other way you can. Horrible experience! I recommend everyone to stay clear of this "sham" of a business. I ordered 2 reclining chairs for my new Florida Beach condo rental, and the chairs came in 2 months later than promised (much rental income lost). I called and emailed them many times and they refused to take my call or return my messages at that time. Then, after I FINALLY got my chairs, we discovered we had a refund coming for over-payment. I called and Terry said the check would be mailed out immediately (refusing to just credit my credit card on file). After I month and no check, I called again and he said he thought it had been sent, but was not. So, he would immediately write the check and mail it. Currently, I have STILL not received my refund check (after 1 1/2 more months and have realized he was apparently lying all along and never even planned to refund my credit.
