Purchased a chili crunch that was clearly priced at $2.65 as I head to the customer service counter to play my lottery, I noticed that something had been changed at $10.99 it was the Momofu chili crunch. At the customer service counter KAITLYN attended me. She did a price check on her phone and was not rely trying to be helpful about it. I asked if she wanted me to go take a picture to show her how the item was displayed and the price for it and she said no. She took the chili crunch and went to check, came back with a different bottle telling me that "this was the item priced at 2.65" and that if I didnt want it she could just return it. I asked if she looked and noticed that the price tag was right under the chili and she replied that the bottle she was holding was the correct one. I asked if she was calling me a liar, her reply was that the bottle she was holding was the right one not the one I had picked up. I told her that she should give me the chili for free instead of returning it. KAITLYN gave me the money and the chili back, very rudely placed both on the counter. She said while placing on the count " you can have it." Mind you no thank you or sorry about that was offered. This employee always has a mean face when I shop here as she did today too. I dont know what is her attitude problem because none of the other C/S employees do. They are always very polite... This is not about the money, I spend way more than the $11.00 she returned @ this Publix and I would have had her return it, but her attitude did not help so she had to give it for free!!! Publix lose at KAITLYN'S expense today. By the way she used Jenn A register login instead of hers. Is that an okay thing to do, use someone...

I go to Publix quite a bit. Their grocery and household items are way expensive but at a higher quality. What I look for is their buy one/get one free as they always have that going on. Items change each week. Also look for extremely discounted clearance items. You may not need it now, but will eventually and you'll feel like you're stealing at the low get-rid of the item price. Buy them out and fill your pantry.

Watch out for their very overpriced meat. Even when it's buy one/get one, they just double the price or worse. Although the quality of meat is outstanding, you have to be the President of the United States who eats free ( I might add) because the meat prices are not meant for the dying middle class.

The pharmacy at the location of US 41 and Del Prado Extension has a great staff who are very courteous and helpful.

The Deli and Bakery are top notch as all the Publix locations are, all the cakes for my events are always purchased there. They use better quality ingredients and hardly ever have the all-too-sweet cheap buttercream frosting. They use real whipped cream most of the time. Also have a wide selection of specialty pies and ice cream cakes besides their own pastries...

We only got Publix for BOGOs, everything else is 30-50% higher priced than somewhere else... Someone has to pay their minimum wages and higher wages than comparable stores, and that's the customer... However, the store is (boring) and neatly organized and the employees are (fake because they have to) nice and interact with you. Publix is everywhere and I have to say that when you travel north and then come back it is nice to see a Publix in Georgia, feels like being close to home again... Again, expensive and boring, but neatly and they have good BOGOs from...
