Very disappointed with the service that I received from Pam. I made an online order and accidentally added Mayo to my sandwich and noticed it right away so I called the store to ask them not to put Mayo, but the phone just rang and rang. Since I was down the street, I went ahead and walked inside to see if the sandwich was made and Pam mentioned that it was. I let her know that I tried calling right away but she mentioned that no one answers the phone when sandwiches are being made, which I understood. Mind you, there were no other customers in the store and another employee in the back (not making sandwiches) I asked her if she could possibly make another sandwich without the Mayo, she said yes but that she would need to charge me since the bread is counted in their inventory. She then started scraping off the Mayo off the original but I told her to not worry about it that I would just buy another one. She then through the Turkey that contain Mayo into the trash and wrapped the sandwich back up. I then asked her, since I was paying for the sandwich if she could please add additional condiments to it. She then became frustrated and yelled at me asking me what I wanted on my sandwich.I then responded to her to not worry about it. She then responded that it was my fault that I should of ordered the way I wanted it made. I have been coming to this subway for some time now but will not be returning. People like Pam should not be working in the people industry if she does not have any people skills nor know how to treat people. The meatball sub looked great, and then we got home and bit into the subs and each meatball was a different color, flavor and texture. The sauce and cheese tasted rancid. The tuna sub tasted extremely fishy and clearly old. The teriyaki chicken sub we got was inedible…the chicken was just fatty, stringy and you could literally taste the fridge and the metal container it was being held in. The cheese was literally just clumped on cause the girl was too lazy to pull the cheese apart. The veggies were brown besides a few. Disgusting.
