I had a television that needed to be mounted in our living room. I called several businesses and got a few quotes. When I called YDLC, I spoke directly to the owner, Jake. In my conversation with Jake, I immediately felt at ease because was definitely very knowledgeable. I’m not an expert but I do understand tech and I was able to talk to him easily comfortably.

I did not want to spend a fortune and he immediately started to give me options on how to save money. I sent him pictures of my living room and he was able to give me a quote over the phone.

Jake came personally to hang my flat screen television. He did it quickly and cleaned up the area after the work was done. He was thoughtful enough to wire 2 HDMI in the wall in case one failed in the future. Once the work was done, I was so impressed that I did show him some of the other work I needed done with my security cameras. He took time to give me a quote on the work and he offered me options to help me save money. I never felt pressured to do anything. I opted to proceed with the project and he ordered the equipment and came on the day promised and finished all the work at the quote he gave me. He showed me how to operate the new cameras and as before cleaned all the work areas.

I contacted Jake with YDLC and he was prompt in all aspects of the customer experience from the initial visit, providing a proposal and installation. They know their stuff and kept me from making some bad choices with the way that I was looking to layout my home's audio-visual.

From the pool area (check out the Sono's Landscape Package- AMAZING), to my family room and then to the cinema room the products installed work fantastically.

Lastly, it's also nice to have an outside contractor treat your home as if it is theirs. Everything was kept nice and neat through the tearout and installation.
