This was our first time there. This place is highly outdated. The sitting/score keeping areas doesn't even work. Everything that needed to be interacted with, must be done so with the front counter. Which, by the way, was the worst. Whoever the guy at the front counter is, who I overheard was "Cathys son" can not multitask. Does not follow through with things he said he would, such as finding us a lighter kids ball. The fact that my husband spent a better part of 3 turns waiting at the main desk to pay for food (which is beyond weird why food must be paid for in a separate area) because this gentlemen couldn't pay attention and multitask to simply run a card. Which was not busy by any means. Will we return? Probably not. Was the atmosphere nice? Sure. No one spoke to us, but it wasn't an uneasy feeling...

I asked for the bumpers to be put up and the attendant said they only put the bumpers up for kids. That's already a strange rule (not everyone is a professional and sometimes you just want to have fun with the bumpers up) but I would have been fine leaving it at that. The whole ordeal seemed rude to me, especially because the rule wasn't applied equally. Everything else was great, I liked bowling here. This issue really spoiled my...
