The NEET Center is just the name for the building, which rents out office space. They lease parts of the building to different businesses. So it's basically a small indoor mall/outlet. It used to be the old Vo-tech school. They do a good job keeping it maintained, always a good temp inside, seems like they are working to make it a lot nicer.
