Hats off and a round of applause for Mark Spice! We definitely made him work for it and by the time we were done, he was probably sick of us ha! Furniture King was our 3rd of 7 stops while looking for a new sofa/sectional. We ended up coming back to Furniture King because they had the sofa we liked and the sales man, Mark, was great! He wasn't on our heel following us around the store as if we were thieves. That is how we felt at Anderson Furniture. Even though both are now owned by the same person/group, the sales people at Anderson stayed with us and/or near us most of the time and even wanted us to fill out applications for financing before we even knew what we liked. Mark at Furniture King asked us what we were looking for, showed us the 2 options that met our criteria and then left us be to check everything out. Would come back ever so often to make sure we were good but ones we were ready with questions, he found us and we kept going. We got additional information on the set we decided on and since it was about closing time, we came back this weekend to get things finalized. Mark was there and remembered us and was ready to answer questions that we had and if he didn't asked the store manager. By far the best experience we could have asked for. Cannot wait for the sofa to be delivered ones...
ย ย ย Read moreOne star is even to much. I ordered my sleeper couch and loveseat the beginning of August 2020. My delivery date kept getting pushed back because of "covid". I finally got it the last week of November. We didn't use it as a sleeper till the week of Christmas. The metal bars on one side broke and we could not get it to go back in. So I called and took my name and number and said someone would call me next week. No call, so I called. No one would ever call me back. I finally got someone in January, emailed them pictures, never heard back. Called, emailed. Nothing. Then March 15. I get a call out of the blue saying they are picking my couch up that day. Tell me it will be ready Wednesday. Never heard a thing so I called, out sick, get right on it. March 23, I call, it was supposed to be delivered the 22nd. Calls me back says it will be Friday 26th. Why not, 24th no trucks headed this way, really. I have 4 people sometimes 5, and they have to sit on floor because they can't divert a truck one day. Not my fault it did not get delivered Monday. The customer service is awful. We have not had a good experience at all. I do not recommend this store. We will go back to Patrick Furniture. Also they demand full payment when they show up to deliver or they take it back. They don't tell people...
ย ย ย Read moreWe went in with hopes of finding a king bed and dresser and were pleasantly surprised to see the style we'd favored from several months back still in stock. It was a Wednesday morning and not a lot of foot traffic in the store, but Russel was great helping with a mattress and the bedroom set. We had several errands to run, but planned to return to make a final decision. When we returned we were given a better deal than our initial quote, which I'm sure anyone could appreciate. Our order was in stock and delivered the following week, only because that was the soonest our schedule allowed (they were ready to deliver the following day). Matt was great in setting up the delivery for a time that worked well for our schedule and called 25 minutes prior to delivery. The delivery was on time, the men (I apologize I did not get their names) were professional and efficient. They had the bed moved in and set up within 20 minutes. Diane called the day after delivery to ensure everything was taken care of, which I very much appreciate!
