Sears Hometown Store — Local services in Caribou

I have purchase a Maytag washer and dryer from this Sears in Caribou store, the first washer delivered to our home shorted out when we plugged the washer in an outlet , replace with another and this one is not doing the job, towels will start to wash and no water, then the agitator wont turn making all kinds of noises, i called the store and their answer they dont deal with that gave me a number to call, it has been 2 weeks and I cant get through all i hear is music ,no service from anyone , dont know what and where to turn. I am angry and do I go to small claims court, The mistake I made was pay this in full, if I was on payments I would not pay and no money loss, will never buy anything from this store again, poor service and I got no where ,still waiting and no one...

Jennifer the store manager has been excellent however her boss the direct manager will not call me to discuss the washer I just purchased the end of June. He literally is hiding behind the store manager he will not call me or let her give me his phone number. Very poor customer service...

I recently went into Sears Hometown in Caribou and I had a lovely and welcoming experience. I worked with a gentleman named Tyler Thibodeau and he was so excellent and very knowledgeable about every question I had. I highly recommend this store for any appliance...
