Kids Castle — Local services in Carlsbad

We have had our 2yo enrolled at Kid Castle for 8 months, and are just so happy to have found the perfect second home for him. Sayena and the rest of the Kids Castle staff are both loving and professional, and it is obvious they pour their hearts into caring for these kids. The home is clean and full of different areas for the children to play, learn, eat, and grow. The daycare strikes a great balance between free play and more structured learning, with age appropriate activities for all the kids. My son is so happy when we drop him off every day, and clearly has a great relationship with each teacher/caregiver and the other children. I appreciate getting photos each day showing me some of the activities the kids have done, as well as any feedback at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone, and plan on enrolling my second baby there as well.

-- Additional note on 6/24/2024: Wanted to add that my 1-year-old now attends Kids Castle as well, in addition to my 3-year-old. Sayena and the other teachers were so kind and welcoming to help my younger son transition from being at home to being in daycare full-time. They were great at communicating with me about how every day went, and he quickly became comfortable in the new environment and is now thriving along with his older brother. We love this place! My daughter had never been in anyone else's care and was very attached to me. The teachers here are so sweet and nurturing that she was slowly able to feel more and more comfortable being away.

She has learned so many skills and her language is exploding (she has a speech delay, so this has been such an amazing thing to see). Not to mention her sleep patterns have improved thanks to the routine she has at daycare. When we go to the store she asks for fruits and vegetables that she has been introduced to there. It's really convenient for us that they provide lunch and afternoon snack and this helps my daughter try a different variety when she sees others eating.

They do so many fun activities that are fun and educational. Saina previously worked at a daycare center so she brings all of the qualities of a center with the learning activities, while also providing the comfort and more individualized care of a home daycare environment.

We also love the daily photos and sometimes videos we get! They get the cutest shots because she's always having so much fun there.
