The food was nasty. Worst chinese food ever. I ate the 8 pieces of General Tao chicken...and threw everything else away. When I called to complain there was no " I'm sorry or come back and we'll refund your money." I was just told thank you. FOR WHAT..calling and complaining??? So I can add bad customer service as well. This was my first and last time there. Guess I donated almost 9 dollars to them.
Update...yes food was taken back to restaurant and thrown out. In order to get refund I basically had to argue with the rude owner. Still worst Chinese food ever...but worse yet is customer service. Let's not forget that the owner basically didn't care when I initially called...
Read moreAs far as the buffet goes, and maybe that's not their specialty, but I've tried and I've tried, but I just can't like this place, for a number of reasons. 1 - limited selection - 10, maybe 12 items on the hot bar. 2 - staff, efficient, but not very out going. 3 - Prices. Weekends are $1.50ish more that weekdays, why? There is nothing extra, different or, honestly good that would warrant any extra money. 4 - Food - Meh. I get lockjaw from chewing their beef and pork. Chicken's decent and the shrimp stir fry is good, but other than that. I repeat, meh. There is no competition for them in town, in my opinion it's the only reason they're still in...

This used to be the first place I would go for food, but that's changed recently. Cleanliness and friendliness is wonderful, so that's not the issue. I typically would get General Tso's Chicken, but the flavor is lacking here. It's decently priced for the amount of food you get, but it hasn't been cutting it for me. If you're on a time crunch and crave Chinese, the location is not bad and it takes about 15 minutes to get takeout. Overall, Asian Gourmet isn't my first or last choice when it comes to places to...
