Burger King — Restaurant in Caro

I'd seen the commercial and all I wanted was to try the new sandwich which after encountering the cashier the name slipped my mind... negativity throws you off like that. I asked her Mam what's the name of the new sandwich she just shrugged her shoulders looking bitter and mean. After waiting for the pictures on the menu to scroll through an uncomfortable hungry line developing behind me(it's lunch time) I found the sandwich advertised. Ordered sat down and eagerly bit into what I was hoping was the bk new grilled chicken. Sike!!!! #rawmeat I tried to get my friend to taste it but he was having a time of his own with the weird bacon. We paid for salmonella and high cholesterol with the amount of salt that was on the fries. Threw it all away!!!!! Needless to say you should never spend $20 on a meal and leave the restaurant hungry. If it wasn't for the brightness of Carrissa's (not the cashier but another employee) positive attitude I would've definitely requested a refund...

I don't know whether the speaker was broken or what but we couldn't understand the person taking the order. Took forever at the window and then we were asked to pull ahead. We waited for at least 5 minutes before my husband went in for the order. Were told the chicken takes 5 minutes to fry as she handed hubby the bag. I used to work fast food so I understand too a certain point but we came through at 11:20 or so and it was a sandwich on special so I have a hard time understanding why there were none already ready. It wasn't crazy busy...

Burger King has always been my fave fast food joint so I'm glad this one is near by! Although I showed up at a busy time parking was still. available. The parking lot itself is clean and well taken care of. Handicapped accessible of course. The inside was newly renovated and clean. The bathroom was in pristine condition. The staff including including the patrons were all friendly and in high spirits. The service was efficient and friendly and the food was served fast, hot and tasty as always! This particular Burger King has always been very fast and my wait time when I go through drive through is minimal. By the time the transaction is made and theyre handing my card back they already have my food ready to go! Definitely my favorite spot whether I'm dining inside...
