I had an unpleasant experience here when conducting a trade with one of the employees. I was willing to trade for a figure that was already priced well above market value by about $20 and the employee tried to negotiate for figures that were not only far above the equivalent value, but figures that I explicitly stated that I was not willing to trade or part ways with. After negotiating for a few minutes I settled on trading a few figures for the one despite still being about $20-$30 over the equivalent trade value. There were multiple figures of the same exact one I wanted but I was given no choice in choosing and instead handed a figure that has multiple scratches, dirt, and dents. I understand they’re a business but this was poor treatment regardless and an effort to give me the least possible value of the minifigures available while simultaneously trying to rip me off. I won’t ever be going back here and it’s a shame that kids and adults alike are most likely receiving the same treatment and at times paying prices far above what the market value is because they are not informed enough....

Disappointing experience. My son called the store in advance to ask about selling sets/bulk legos (there was a-lot - hence the call) and was told to come in. When we arrived we were told a different story and the disposition of the person assisting left a lot to be desired. Smug and bothered to be exact - it wasn’t the message delivered as much as the attitude it was delivered with. Honestly, no big deal. We will pass the sets on to some kids who will get some fun out of them - my teenage son thought if there was a way to get a few bucks he’d give it a try. This is a store I frequent as much as I can for many reasons. First, it is very unique being a store where you can sell your used Lego sets (as long as you have all of the pieces) for others enjoyment. Next, aside from Lego Sets that you will see at any other store they have a wide variety of older ones and a MASSIVE amount of minifigures and aftermarket accessories to assist in any build you are trying to create. Most important above anything else, the Employee that work there are EXTREMELY knowledgeable with Lego! Some of the friendliest, down to earth people I’ve Ever met.
