The Man that helped me at the Verizon Store in Wheaton on Geneva Road was amazing. I got greeted right away really fast when I came in, he also paid strict attention to me not to other noises. He made my buying experience superb. My initial phone company was T-Mobile then AT&T then Cricket and none treated me like royalty as I was treated here. I also got his business card. I’m an empath which means I absorb emotion well and nobody treated me this perfect at any previous phone shops. T-Mobile could be mean at times so as AT&T has the worst customer service as I came to know over the years. Not only does verizon have better all over the united states coverage but it’s fast and I heard they had a lot of phone towers. I got a current promotion of $200 off for getting a second device which went really smoothly. Overall really impressed with this phone company and I even got amazing Roadside Assistance for $10 which does come with coupons all around you to local places that you redeem through the app and also it can tell you exactly what is wrong with your car. Read moreI came to this specific store in June/July of last year 2022 to upgrade my phone/watch because of a promotion they had going on. I traded in both my phone and watch the same day. John the manager at the time was helping me out with this transaction. I handed him both devices and left with a new phone and watch. A month had gone by since purchasing these items and noticed that the promotions were not yet added. I spoke with John who had told me it can take up to 3 billing cycles. So I let 3 billing cycles pass by and still no update. So I called again he said he was going to "fix it" and he would reach out. Days passed and I heard nothing. I reached out again and he said the same thing. Point is- this run around has been going on for almost a year and just last month the plan on my phone was updated but still no promotion on my watch. I was told that a district manager would reach out to me yet no one has this entire time. Ive called customer service, I've called the store, I've even gone in to the store multiple times and I have no answer. Read moreI had a lot of troubles with my online order, of which I was trading in my old phone for a new phone. Yet, the new phone never came and the instructions online never clarified when to send the old phone. Hence I sent it in thinking that was how it was supposed to work only to find out that it doesn't work that way. I did get the shipping material for the old phone, so again, that was how I thought it was supposed to work but the instructions never clarified this. Therefore, I was stuck without a phone and had been for 6 days thinking a new one was coming and tried the online chat which was just more of, we can't help. Hence, I went in to the store and got everything sorted out and even help with finally having a phone since I actually do need it. He was very helpful and said shipping sometimes does get messed up.
