Berríos (Mueblerías Berríos) — Local services in Carolina

I'm moving to a new house and I need to furnish a bedroom, a dining room and a living room so I went today to buy them from Berrios, unfortunately I left the store without making a purchase and I'm leaving a 1 star review for their awful customer service. the reason for the 1 star is while I'm being assisted by a very helpful employee who was giving me advice on what colors best match my walls, her manager, kept interrupting us and giving the employee helping us random tasks to do which resulted in us waiting 3 times for more than 5 minutes each for the employee to come back. the forth time and after waiting for more than 10 minutes for someone to come help us we just left. if berrios doesn't want my money I have no problem taking my business elsewhere. as for the blond hair manager my advice is if your employee is helping someone make a purchase, find someone else to do your tasks or do them yourself and stop interupting your workers when they are helping the customers...

If i had the chance i would give them a zero! We purchased 3 futons very nice payed cash. The day of the delivery which was not from this Location but coming from cidra, p.r came to deliver. Now mind you we pay for delivery, the guys told me to meet them at a park so i did so i can show them where we were staying at. I get there spoke to them in spanish politely, they ignore me and proceeded to put 3 huge boxes in my Dodge Ram so i can do everything myself. I told them i can't the home sits quite high on a hill very Slopey they said we do not do that. They got mad and strapped the huge boxes and drove off!! I told my wife cancel everything, i did get our money back but this is Extremely Lazy!!!!! And they should be...

Walked in looking for the right bed, I asked one of the employees if he spoke English, he replied No! He then called someone on the phone and tells them I have an English speaking customer needing assistance. (I speak a little spainish I moved here 5 years ago) , So I waited, and waited No one came. I couldn't get anyone to sell me a freaking bed 😒 so frustrating All I needed was the price of the mattress and box, not the whole set. My experience perhaps was discrimination, because I can't speak spainish fluently. If you are an American don't come here, unless you want to be treated like A black person in 1920's Horrible horrible...
