I went to Sorriso on the 4th of July, and it was very busy. The restaurant is has a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly. When I ordered I was told my pizza would take 25 minutes, so I paid and left to go run some errands. I returned 25 minutes later expecting my pizza, but had to wait 1 HOUR for my food. (This was understandable because the place was packed) To make matters worse the pizza was not good. I had ordered the coconut flour pizza, on the cashiers recommendation, and even though I was starving , I struggled to eat half of it. (See pics: $23 for a small inedible pizza..) It was one of the worst pizzas I have ever tried. (The box the pizza came in is beautiful, and probably tastes better than the actual pizza) Although I had a bad experience, I will go back and try the other pizzas and see if they merit a better review…

Two years ago I gave this place 5 stars. Today, I can rate my experience at 3 stars at the most. I feel disappointed. We ordered an appetizer that took about 45 minutes (almost came at the same time as the entrée). It was not bad. We did some sliders and they were pretty good. A little dry but ok. We also ordered a pizza, the Alemán. What a disappointment. The churrasco and chicken were SUPER dry. It was not the oven since I'm telling you, the meat was was dead, bone dry. The sauce was too sweet too. Overall it was poorly executed. The place and the environment was nice. We loved the artwork and artisan concept. I did some pictures to support the review. I hope they can take more pride on their food execution and see if what they serve is aligned with what they want the restaurant to be. Vamos muchachos!

Been there 2 times and it's already my favourite pizza spot. The coconut dough is a must try! So far I have tried the "Sorrizo" which have eggplant, peppers and rabbit. The "Alemán" with churrasco, chicken and ham and a 4 cheese one. Staff is great and so is service. Is easy to pass this place by unnoticed but I glad I decided to give it a try. Please yourself, go have a slice at sorriso.

This was my 3rd time going to this pizzeria. Worst service that I've had in a long time. I genuinely like the pizza. But the service was horrible. I arrived before they sat down 3 tables one table was a big group of like 8ppl, keep in mind I order my drinks and appetizers before the other tables were seated, no one brought me plates or silverware my drinks never made it to the table. While all the other tables got plates, silverware, and their drinks. It just unacceptable, I'm a person that works in the industry and to be honest I don't think I'll ever return and it's a shame because the food is good. The waitress didn't even emphasize with us, all she did was attack me when I told her I worked in the industry and wasn't happy with the service, saying that if I worked in the industry I should know what was happening and all of this with her hands as well. I felt so uncomfortable if I did this at my job I would be fired. It's just unacceptable...

UPDATE 2023 I can’t believe I had to change my stars and review after almost a year of being a regular customer here.

My biggest concern of all was the huge set of rules at the door. One of the rules being you cannot bring in outside drinks. However the waitress/restaurant refused to serve us tap water insisting we could only order bottles of water.

Next, the food took so long to make. Longer than normal. We were only approached once to tell us it would be late. (she saw me writing the review here and came over!)

Overall, I am hugely disappointed. I was left appalled by how careless the waitress were and how much the restaurants ambient had changed. Next time carry out or delivery guys!!!

————————————— First visit: 2022 Absolutely amazing food. The staff and chef are very attentive this was overall a great experience. We had the soup of the day, croquetas, and made our own pasta. The salmon was cooked to perfection....
