McNeal's Trustworthy Hardware — Local services in Carrollton

I'm done with McNeal's. Purchased all new appliances and professional installation as they call it. The guys that delivered the refrigerator and dishwasher dented the door on the dishwasher and it has leaked since day one so bad that we can't even use it. I've spoke to Brad and several other employees and keep being told that they have a door ordered but when I check in on it they all act like its the first time they have spoke to me. The refrigerator works fine but the guys from McNeals that installed it capped of the hard pipe going to the ice maker and made a difference connection that started leaking a couple days later. I wouldn't be to worried or even be writing this review if Brad had just made it right. Its coming up on a year and my dishwasher still has the dent and leaks. Customer...

We called 4 separate times asking about a cooktop and wall oven—we were told by a man 4 times that he would check availability of these items and call us back—each time I called I had to give model numbers again so that told me right there that he was not keeping the notes and checking on them for us-very disappointing because when previous ownership was there, we bought expensive items and had excellent customer service. Going down hill I guess now, we will never go back there again. Call backs...

We went in looking for a washer. We knew what we wanted and compared prices w/ big stores in the area. McNeals had the same option it was a few bucks more. However they offered free removal of our current washer and we were able to get it delivered almost immediately. The delivery guy hooked our new one up and showed me all the options n features.
