Customer service extremely rude.... called to get a rough estimate on having a front left fender painted.. noted the fender acquiring price on having painted is brand-new already primed straight outta the box not attached to vehicle just needs painted to match color of car in which paint color codes were going to be provide to shop... the lady said they can't give a price on labor for painting fender unless the painter sees the new fender in person.. I'm assuming that all 2017 nissan altima front left fenders are the same size... The lady wouldn't even take the effort to even ask the painter roughly how much they would charge labor wise on the fender.. the price asking for didn't even including the actual paint cost..strictly labor only and she still wouldn't take the time to even ask...extremely rude and unprofessional lazy... called another paint and body shop they had no problem giving me an estimate for labor cost on painting fender.. I would not in a million yrs recommend pyles body and paint... it's sad to even think about the amount of business the rude lady loses the company..I'd fire her and hire someone that actually cares about customer service and making the...
