I adore Jody. She is one the kindest most considerate people I have ever met. I met Jody just like anyone else would - Through doing business with AFI. She has helped me more than any other supplier and has done more than was ever required of her.

To address previous negative reviews - First, AFI caters to those who are serious about fragrances. The first step is to have a valid business license. If your business is legitimate you will have a license. It’s really that simple.

Second, fragrance duplications take time. A previous reviewer was upset because she waited five weeks. Five weeks is nothing when waiting for a duplication. You just be patient and they will get it done, and get it done exceptionally well. This is 100% worth waiting for. Also, I have ordered literally hundreds of fragrances from AFI and not one has arrived empty. Not even one!

Third, have respect. When I first started selling fragrances I asked Jody for a lot of samples, but I was not yet buying a lot at the time. She let me know that she could not do more for me then, because there were other customers in line that needed taken care of. My requests for duplications were taking time away from them. This made me pause and think about the work they do, and how much time goes into duplicating and compounding fragrances. I admittedly had not thought of that before, and I did not take what Jody said as being rude in any way. She was taking care of the company and their loyal customers. That’s part of what makes Jody and AFI great!

Now that I know more about fragrances and duplications and compounding, I realize what precision and work it takes to get a high-quality duplication like those AFI offers. It’s not an instant process and should be respected. If you want a cheap duplication you can surely get one elsewhere. If you want an amazing spot-on duplication, AFI is for you.

For those who may not know, this is a company that was founded by Josh. His mother Jody came on board a bit later to help him with his growing company. Why was her help needed? Because the quality of fragrances from AFI is unmatched and the company was growing in leaps and bounds. They have a focus on speed, quality, and price. This is the magic equation to make them so successful, and it has worked in spades. This alone speaks for how amazing...

I have ordered 10 lbs at a time from this company. The first shipment was ok but the oil is not that strong. So I ordered from them again this time I reordered the same oil and also another oil also 10lbs thinking it was just a fluke on the first go round. When I got them and sold them to my clients atleast three clients called me complaining that the oil was weak and the bit of smell it did have did not last very long. So I contacted the company they said they would have to get with their lab and qc and get back to me ( that took two days) then when the response came back I was told their lab said everything was good on their side. A company that is not willing to try and resolve an issue for someone that just spent $300.00 on their oil is not ok! This lets me know they care more about their lab results then their customers! Bad business, I will not be ordering...

Doesn’t give a poop about small businesses. They sent out fragrances that were supposed to be phthalate free and lo and behold a bunch came loaded with phthalates in them with ZERO accountability nor did they replace. WHAT A JOKE of a company. Midwest Fragrance is SOOOOOOOOOO much better and they offer FREE shipping on orders over $125!! Actually we have ordered from you Naturally Up North in Minocqua, WI. This owner seems to think my store is owned by a company called Magnolia Soap and Bath. IT IS NOT. But the owner of Magnolia Soap and Bath called the owner to tell him we can’t order from him. So small businesses BEWARE!! His lie below is just that….A BIG FAT LIE! Let me get back with a letter to post on here...
