The service was GREAT at first , but when I expressed my concerns and how my I changed jobs and how I get payed they did not want to work with me . I did not like how the tried to demand a payment when I strictly had a conversation with them about how I have other bills and when I needed the link sent to me . They still did not take that into consideration they just continued to enforce a payment when I know the agreement of the contract that I signed and how I knew to make the payment . But just like everyone else and how life throw curve balls the still showed they did not care ! Mr Pierre and Ms Shonda are some of the best folks we’ve ever done business with as far as rentals! They are very professional and considerate to everyone who walks in the door! We really enjoy doing business with them and it’s because of them that we don’t go anywhere else when we need an item whether we just need something for a week or two or something like the other things we have from their store that we have and most is almost paid off!
