I have spent thousands of dollars on equipment at this location. My family has purchased very expensive tractors here as well. I have on more than one occasion requested the simplest of customer service only to have been told no. Most recently I stopped by with a $1500 chainsaw I purchased from them and asked that a technician simply take a look at it for a moment and was again told no. This is by far the worst customer experience i've had at any John Deere location in the country.
Rarely do I ever post a review, but after multiple experiences And no other form of recompense I am submitting.this.
If you have any options other than this location, I highly recommended you choose that. Because if you're expecting service after the sale you're going to be sorely disappointed.

I also had an issue with it today and they are getting it fixed at no charge right now. I'm so proud that we have local businesses like this!
