She is quick to respond, provides a variety of products and, if she doesn't have exactly what I need, she improvises and provides an even better design! I have ordered shirts for our softball team and the end result was awesome! She goes above and beyond to help us meet our deadlines which keeps us coming back for more. There was a birthday shirt we ordered and as we told her what we wanted but couldn't exactly get it, she created an even better design.
