I started off with requesting a custom solid gold bracelet. After “missing” two of my emails, I finally got a quote for double what my previously bracelet from another shop cost. I decided to just go with a gold filled option and made an appointment at their new location in South Point. Basically, having an appointment means nothing because I waited 20min for someone to be available. Once available, the girl showed little interest in helping me and didn’t really listen to anything I said. For example, I wanted to move my current bracelet to the other wrist. It was on the appointment request, I told her when I sat down, I compared to new bracelet to it, and then at the end I still had to ask her to move it. Basically, they are just interested in funneling you through to get their money. The pricing isn’t transparent either. According to their website, I should have paid max $140 with tax and somehow it was $156 for a sterling silver bracelet, not even gold filled. So make sure you confirm cost before committing. This was such a lovely experience! Kennedy was so sweet and fun! She made the experience that much better! I felt like I had known her forever. Such lovely energy, she joked with us and we had such an amazing time! We were even the last clients of the day, and she didn’t make us feel rushed or quick to decision. She was such a joy! She even offers resizing and reapplication of her jewelry if it falls off! Such a cute shop she has! Cute and cozy! It is in the office spaces under an apartment building! I just want to start this review off with i have been to Zapped in Raleigh 3 times now and there isn’t a single negative thing i can say about this place, its workers, and the atmosphere Zapped provides. I’ve purchased a hand-chain, bracelet, anklet, and was even able to use leftover chain for a ring and so far i’ve had absolutely no breaks (and i’ve snagged them all a good few times) and you can also go back your next visit and have them fix anything broken for i think just a slight charge.
