Bojangles — Restaurant in Raleigh

My first experience at this location since opening was horrible. I waited in the drive thru because I was missing multiple items. I paid for the 12 pc family meal and they literally gave me everything for the 8pc family meal instead . I’m seriously so annoyed. Food turned out nasty too. No seasoning/soggy fries, cold chicken. They have a bunch of kids running the restaurant.

Update: New management needed asap. Gave it a second try today 3/28/22. This time the young lady at the window was rude and doesn’t need to work in customer service. Worst part they neglected to give me back my debt card. Y’all need to hire ppl that can run this establishment. It’s ridiculous to forget customers food but let alone not to give them back their card. It’s been sketchy at these places. This is the third time within a month that a restaurant/pharmacy has tried to keep my card….each time before this I catch it before leaving . This time I’m under the weather and I had to run back out but couldn’t find my card. Sure enough… I remembered bojangles was the last place I went. Thank God , I got my card back so I hope this wasn’t intentional. Watch out, I think some of these places have employees that are trying to keep cards. Broke an desperate people will risk it for anything. Especially during these...

I should've known when I walked in and it was a ghost town this wasnt going to be a good bojangles experience. The bathrooms, fine nice, clean enough. I ordered supreme dinner because I wasnt sure how good the filet biscuit would be after cooking under a warming lamp. They didnt give me any sauce just dropped the box and ran off... however I never order this so I forgot to ask for some. That one's on me. My tea lid was crushed in so I went to top it off with some tea, the self-serve was empty. Thats when I noticed the swarm of fruit flies. Bad bad. I sat in my car and ate, every bite was dry af, fries were terrible, biscuit dry but undercooked, chicken just might as well be jerky. And later once I finished my tea including the melted ice, I looked in my cup and saw fruit flies.... this is a newer location I will never...

Update: fast food just isn't worth it here. It's rarely hot or cooked well. I've given it 10 (ten) second chances, and it's failed me every time.

Get people who care because whoever works here aren't worth losing your business over. I get you don't want to pay $20 per hour, but get good people who care for $20 an hour or whatever it cost. Bojangles CEO makes about 1 mil per year. He's doing more than 1 million per year of damage to his brand by letting a restaurant like this operate. I've been going to Bojangles since I was a kid, and it will always be my favorite fast food, but I stopped eating here because it's not worth the money due to the inconsistencies. It's actually made me stop going to Bos all together, and I'm no longer an advocate or fan boy of them.

This location isn't trustworthy, but not many...
