If you go with lower than normal standards, I’m sure it will be fine.

Have been staying here for over 10 years once a year for hunting trip. This year we all discussed going elsewhere next year due to it becoming a bit to run down for us.

Executive suite air conditioning shuts off anything below 72° and will not turn back on for 30 minutes, very hot room and only tried to cool off for 10-15 minutes. After four or five attempts of communicating the issue and 3 different ā€œmaintenanceā€ people looking at it we just gave up trying.

No do not disturb sign anywhere to be found.

No Wifi password provided.

No lock on patio sliding door.

No TV guide was available and no list provided.

Both doors had missing or damaged trim pieces. No lock at all in balcony sliding glass door.

Plumbing fixtures old leaking and rusted with low pressure in the shower.

Ice machine was broken on our floor.

No breakfast options at all on site.

No carpet in rooms. Mix matched vinyl flooring from carpet removal.

New Cabnets have no knobs.

Tub didn’t drain.

Smudge marks on windows.

Artificial plants in the room make it feel weird like they are trying to fill up the room corners due to such small furniture or lack of proper furniture. Looks like new owners took out the nice furniture and tan out of money to refurbish.

Furniture was much nicer and fit better in the space provided before their upgrade 2 years ago. Now they went cheap and minimal and feels half way done as cheap as possible. They spent money on strange upgrades like the new glass face refrigerators and very small unusable or uncomfortable furniture.

Cheap upgrades such as contact paper color/panel change in elevators.

Large roof leak in entry.

BED HAD SAND IN THE SHEETS. Gross. How!?

Pool always looks dirty and grounds not very well maintained. Was after a storm but all the dead trees should be removed one of these years. Jacuzzi was completely down with a large road construction sign at the stairs.

Several different color light bulbs in rooms makes it feel very cheap and outdated.

AC filter was completely covered and clogged with dust. Manager found after maintenance had been in twice already.

Price point was a bit pricey for the lower quality of rooms. They are about $50-$60 higher than they should be in my opinion.

Customer service and front desk was 90% happy and a pleasure to deal with. Don’t call after hours and attempt to talk to someone in the US if you need to reschedule your reservation. Just wait to speak to someone at the front desk. Much better to deal with.

Beds were ok, other than sand in it upon arrival, pillows a bit small, sheets a bit rough to the touch.

Hallways were mostly clean, cool and smelled ok this year. Other than when they fumigate it with Lysol. šŸ˜… Not like other years when it was hot and smelled horrible. There is several water damaged tiles and pretty old in general.

Like I said, lower your standards and expectations and realize you’re in Casa Grande which is an older town with older buildings and your...

It was one of the worst experiences ever! We booked the room specifically to be able to use the pool for my daughter's birthday. The pool was filthy and wasn't taken care of! The excuse that was given was that there was an accident that morning. Then why did it stay that way All day and wasn't cleaned and why was the jacuzzi the same way? My daughter's birthday was ruined! I am disappointed and disgusted with this hotel and staff and we will never stay there, again! Front desk and management told us the pool wouldn't be cleaned and ready for use until the next morning at the earliest! We didn't want to check in after hearing that and asked for a refund but were denied the refund. We tried talking to booking.com (since they were the ones that promote the business and we booked through them) about the problem in which case they called management and management lied and mislead them and said the pool would be ready in a couple of hours. So, we stayed. All of this took hours! At check in, management reassured us the pool would be ready within a couple of hours and if it wasn't, they would notify us. We paid for the room with a card and the deposit we used cash. We came back later that night to find the pool and the jacuzzi were Not cleaned and not in working conditions. We were never notified! The night shift desk clerk gave me attitude and was rude when I inquired about the pool, again. We went to the gym there and both treadmills had dirty, used towels on both of them! It made me sick to my stomach! Our bath tub had a steady stream leaking from the faucet. I couldn't get it to stop. Upon checking out, I had to wait 45 minutes for the cash deposit while they checked the room! The pool and jacuzzi were still not cleaned and still closed! Then, about 2 hours after checking out they charged us another $100 deposit! We called and the excuse was that there was a glitch in their system and we wouldn't get our money back for 3-5 business days! What! We still lived the nightmare even after leaving! Don't stay Here! It will be the worst mistake you will ever make! We were not the only ones who had complaints and not the only people complaining about the pool! Also, while checking in, I heard a guest call about the a/c and another complained about the toilet clogged and backed up! The front desk clerk was overwhelmed with all the complaints! This was a horrible experience! One word... Run!!! They can't be trusted. They false advertise. They lie. They are dirty, rude and disrespectful. They don't care about the guest. This is a health hazard! I am embarrassed that I would have brought loved ones to this establishment! This...

TRAVELERS BEWARE!!! To begin, they falsely advertise breakfast included on multiple 3rd party apps and websites. I was told by the younger gentleman at the front desk that because of the confusion, he’d include the breakfast package for free after explaining I’d find a different Hotel otherwise. The next morning I went to grab breakfast and there was an older male Hispanic manager. He explained that it was not included in my stay and that what the gentleman did for me could put his job at risk…I was then told by him that he would ā€œgive me a breakā€ by only charging me $10 every time we went. After a very one sided conversation with him I requested a refund for the remaining of my stay and he said he would let me know. Not 30 minutes later I attempted calling the front desk to see about my refund for the remaining nights of my stay, no answer at all. I went down the next morning to find out I can just check out early! I was relieved to hear that I could just check out early as I had such a horrible experience. Come to find out they actually require 24 hours notice for early check out.. Even though I requested my refund the morning prior. I GOT BILLED A WHOLE EXTRA DAY. I went for my early check out at 9:00am and still got billed for that day. Even though I requested a refund 24 hours prior. They also made sure to charge me full price for the couple of meals we did have. You can’t even bring your food back to your room. When walking to your room for your stay your welcomed by the smell of mold and mildew with an elevator that works at half speed. The parking lot is only on one side of the building. The room itself was a renovation nightmare. Please do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20 or less a night for an incomparable hotel experience pretty much anywhere else. They charged me $40 for 2 meals and $135 for a night I never even stayed…$175 down the drain… This hotel is very comparable to a Motel 6 or Super 8 with even worse customer service. I can say I have never had such an awkward and uncomfortable stay anywhere, and I’ve been to plenty of hotels in...
