Meadows Buildings / Pole Barns — Local services in Catoosa

Meadows deserves zero star, we signed the contract in early July and they didn't start till November of last year. Still have issues with barndominium. The communication was good before and during the build but when we had issues the communication stopped completely (calls or text). Even called Douglas Meadows the owner and never answered the call, voicemail or text. The crew that erected the shell did well in my opinion but the issues we have Concrete, we asked for glass finish since we were going to stain the concrete and even paid more money for 4000 psi instead of the normal 3500 psi. We got subpar finish and cracks all over the entire 40x90 structure. I would expect hairline cracks but not wide deep cracks. Do not use their suggested cement or pad prep crew. They were supposed to order one inch of sheet metal to install all the way around the building, were wood exposed to the elements at the bottom of the building and haven't seen it yet. It is over 5 months now and after numerous calls and text still no response from Meadows. Our windows installed by Meadows have been leaking for over 9 months. Numerous phone calls got them to send a worker to caulk them again which still leaked ,see pictures. Finally redid the caulking ourselves again and hope it holds.

Buyer beware see...

We researched pole barns for over 3 years before deciding to use Meadow's Buildings for our shop. We had a 40x40x14 shop built. We also had a 10' lean to attached to one side and enclosed 10x10 of it. This was a little different, but we wanted it for our mower. Something that had only existed in my mind for 3 years is now a reality. The staff is great to work with. No empty promises or pie in the sky promises. They show up when they say they will and they do the work correctly. No shortcuts for this crew. I was very impressed by Zach Smith, they dirt work guy they recommended. We are actually going to have him come back and do some other work for us as well!! Hannah in the sales office was very prompt in responding to to phone calls or emails in a timely manner. Aaron, the builder, runs a great crew. They were always there before sunrise to start each morning. They were always polite and did good work. This review only allows me to give up to 5 stars, but I believe they deserve...

I went on a 12 month search for a pole barn builder last January. I got dozens of bids during this time. I went with Meadows Buildings because they had a detailed price list and a good website with plenty of pictures & great communication. They also had great pricing for the quality of the building you get and they could do the whole job without having to hire anyone else. One stop shopping! They did it all, building, insulation, concrete & doors etc. They traveled 2 hours to my property and built my 40x40 pole building in a little less than 3 days. Then put the concrete in the next week & fished it with a nice overhead garage door two days later. The workmanship was very good and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new pole building. Even when a very minor issue came up they were quick to resolve it to make me happy & that's all you can ask for ! If I ever need another one I know who to call now. Thanks...
