If I could give this place half a star, I would. My friend and I had lunch there today and had horrible customer service from the start. We were rushed to put in our order. The two margaritas I had were absolutely horrible. Extremely salty and tasted like nothing but margarita mix. My friend ordered street tacos and the pork was so dry that she only ate one. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it tasted sour. I don’t know if it was the cheese or the chicken. The waitress who I know also owns it, said that the cheese is the same cheese she brought out with our chips and salsa so she doesn’t know why one would taste sour and one wouldn’t. I never once argued with her, just explained that neither of us want our meals and we will just eat chips and salsa at this point because she didn’t ever check on us after our food was brought out. We went up to pay and we were charged and I said I will not be paying for two meals that we didn’t eat. I took one bite out of my meal and my friend didn’t even finish one of her street tacos. She said she would just charge us for chips, queso and the margaritas. I told her that in all reality she shouldn’t charge us for it because of the food and the horrible customer service. She argued and even threw her hands up like she was tired of ME. I work here in Catoosa and my whole office eats in here at least twice a week and we always leave a good tip. They have really lost quite a bit of business after today. Don’t waste your time or money here! The owners clearly don’t think they could ever make a mistake and damn sure don’t acknowledge frequent...

You better be ready to order as soon as you sit down. Be ready to get your chips and salsa (if you pay for a meal) to get thrown at you from across the table. There is a sign when you walk in that tells you that chips and salsa are only for dine in customers, and only if you pay for a meal. I was one person and of course I was going to order a meal. There wasn’t a bar, so I wasn’t going to sit there and just have drinks. I had 2 beers, some fajitas, and half a basket of chips. Within 20 seconds of sitting down, I was asked to order. That annoyed me and obviously my waitress. I hadn’t even had time to open my menu. I asked for a couple more minutes and 15 minutes later, I had to flag the staff down to order. There is no wine on the menu, so if you’re looking for a glass of Sauv Blanc or Cab Sauvignon with dinner, this isn’t your spot. The Pacifico beer was cold and came with a lime. Kudos for that. The fajitas were great. The time from ordering to table was literally 2 minutes. Not sure how that can even happen? Some may like it, I prefer to take a bit of time to relax when traveling for work and finding a place to eat for dinner. Half the TV’s in the place don’t work. I was forced to watch woman’s volleyball!! Anyhow, the food was a solid 4. Service was a 3. Ambience was stressful and rushed. I gave it a 2. I will find another local Mexican restaurant next time...

Customer service is awful. So bad. Idk how they get so many good reviews. They bring out “complimentary” queso and then if you don’t order every single person a meal they charge $4 for the tiny side of queso you didn’t even ask for. (my 3yo wasn’t allowed to eat off my plate, i had to order her an entire $7 kids meal and they also charge $3 for KIDS drinks.) Also that’s the only queso you get, if you want more you have to pay for it. Definitely their way of trying to get you to purchase queso because who wouldn’t want more? That’s shady work right there. They are also very stingy? If they bring you a small to go box and ask for a bigger one they will argue and tell you that your food will fit in the small box. If you ask for more napkins they will point at the 1 napkin you still have on the table like it’s really going to hurt their pockets if they give more napkins. I made a post on Facebook reviewing this business and a young woman and older woman came up to my family and I at our table where we were still eating and confronted us for making a post.. I am not making this up. We will never be back. A lot of people say they love this place and always have great experiences but not us. We’ve given this place 1 too many chances. Too many stipulations to be able to sit and...

Let's start with the staff. There was a young lady, probably around 10 or 11 years old, that seated us. She was friendly and took our drink order. Unfortunately, we then got another waitress who had about as much personality as a bucket of tumbleweeds. She seemed very indifferent, rarely checked on us and was anything but friendly. Now for the food. The chips and salsa were actually pretty good. I ordered a chalupa and chili relleño with beans. The chalupa was okay. The chili relleño was a pabloano pepper. It was okay as well. Our waitress only appeared to take our order, bring us our food and bring the ticket. It took about 35 min from the time we were seated until our food arrived. All in all, I would give it one star based on service but went ahead with 3 stars because the food was decent.

In town for work and this was the closest place to eat. They bring you complimentary chips and salsa, like most Mexican, except that they bring you salsa and queso for each person at the table. So, I had a serving of salsa and queso to myself! Didn't have to share with anyone! I went with the street tacos (2 chicken, 3 steak). I was surprised that the standard serving was 5 tacos with rice and refried beans because I felt it was fairly inexpensive compared to what I would've paid back home for the same. Definitely worth checking out.

This cool little spot is situated in a pretty convenient area. I’ll start by saying the service was very good despite the quite busy dinner rush, the food was great across the board (fresh chips, salsa, Queso, tortillas, as well as entree). It definitely has an authentic atmosphere that is relaxing but won’t put you to sleep. The prices are hard to beat. For $11 you can get yourself a 2 plate meal and eat on it for 2 days. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through!
