Nelson Hardware is a great little gem hiding in plain sight in downtown Cave Springs. We live close in a neighborhood and it is great to be able to run down to a local business to pick up things we want or need. I am a DIY sort of person and I was super impressed with the diversity of products they offer that save me a trip to the big box stores or waiting days for an internet order. Additionally, the ownership is always super cordial and helpful and you can tell they really value their customers and and serving the community. If you haven't given them a shot, stop by. Poor service. They were so busy preparing to be on the Duggar Counting On series that they essentially ignored customers. When I complained - they said that it was such an honor to be on a show with the godly Duggars. When I asked about how he could call the Duggars "godly" since they hid a pedophile, protected the son - not the daughters, and instead of loving thy neighbor like Jesus said - they hated (and condemned to hell) any neighbor who dared to be different from them. Well...it appears Nelson Hardware agrees with the Duggar...

Nelson’s is that old time hardware store from the movies, where you’re greeted by a friendly smile, likely one of the Nelson family who all work there, and given the kind of service only a friend or family member would expect. I’m a regular at Nelson’s because they always have what I need. Any land owner, farmer, rancher, or homeowner can stop in and find the supplies they need for the weekend project, or that last minute fix. Don’t waste all that time driving to Rogers or Springdale.
