Let me start by saying I’ve been in the coffee industry for 20yrs now. I’ve seen a lot and know when a shop is poorly managed and doesn’t have enough or any properly trained staff. This is sadly the case for this little shop in Cave Springs.

I went in the other day for the first time because I felt like trying somewhere different than my usual shops I frequent when I’m not working at my shop. The first thing I noticed is they are not remotely welcoming to people coming in, and you are treated like a burden to the baristas. Second thing, there was a couple in front of me who ordered their drinks, each had a differ dairy type. As this is normal I didn’t think about it unless I saw the barista start making the drinks. First she never properly aerated the milk, so it screamed so loud it was obnoxious, second she never cleaned the steam wand after steaming. So not only was the steam wand incredibly disgusting and caked in milk/alternative milk, but the potential for cross-contamination was really high. I decided then and there I wouldn’t be getting anything with dairy in any form from them as they don’t have the knowledge of food safety to help them make better decisions. I got an iced coffee and then decided to sit in the shop for a bit and relax. I was there for 45ish minutes and not once did they go to clean the still crusted steam wand or clean anything at all for that matter. Instead the two baristas were just standing around gossiping (which is fine unless there’s very obvious things that need to be done). The shop was dusty, had a slightly musty smell to it and the coffee was subpar. I ended up only having a couple sips then threw it out. When I left I was going to say something to them about the steam wand but they both completely ignored me. Will not go back and will definitely be warning others not...

I will never go back to this place.

I tried to see if they were open on New Year's Day. Their Facebook and website didn't say anything about being closed for the holiday, but I decided to call just to be safe. The phone just rings and rings. No answering machine or anything. How hard is it to post on your FB page that you're closed for the day? Very poor customer service. Went today (Saturday) at 9:30 and they were COMPLETELY OUT of all decaf. So, being pregnant, I couldn't get anything to drink. But we got food anyway, which was a huge mistake... My husband orders two breakfast sandwiches, and the 12 year old working the counter says "We only have bacon right now". That's fine, we wanted bacon. 30 minutes later, when he finally brings us our tiny $5 sandwiches, they're sausage. My husband hates sausage. So he ends up just giving it to our friend we were eating with.

So in the end, we spent $20 freaking dollars on breakfast here and had to go to Starbucks immediately after we left so that I could get a drink and my husband could get a sandwich.

Worst coffee place in the area by far, and definitely the worst experience I've had at a...

What a wonderful place! Excellent coffee, delicious food, perfect out-of-the-chaos location. I was heartbroken, though, to find out today that they are slashing their hours: open only from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, beginning Sept 4th. What on earth??!??? This has been my go-to spot for meeting friends and clients between Bentonville and Fayetteville! Consider this: autumn and winter will bring shorter days, cooler temperatures, and everyone will be looking for a spot to cozy up and enjoy something warm. Please be that spot! We need you to be open, Cave Springs Coffee! I am all about “supporting local”—please consider extending your hours to give us a chance to support you! There’a a pretty big customer demographic who would love to stop by for a pick me up after work, or a place to meet, work, to relax in the evenings. With such an excellent product and atmosphere, please hear your customers’ requests and return to the kind of business hours that we can frequent your...

This is a great place to pick up a coffee or tea. If you prefer you can even get Italian cream soda's. They offer pastries and have a small lunch menu. There is a drive thru if you are in a hurry or inside seating if you want to enjoy your beverage while working on your laptop. Recently they have added wine to thier menu. On Saturdays they do close between 2 & 4?(might be 6) but open for the evening. This is one of my favorite coffee shops and I have started driving Hwy 112 instead of I49 when going between Bentonville/Rogers to Springdale/Fayetteville just so I can stop there and enjoy the scenic route instead of traffic. And of course I get to enjoy a wonderful beverage as well. Occasionally I even venture to buy a wonderful 'tart" cherry tart even if it is covered in powdered sugar. They are so much better than other cherry tarts that are super sweet. You simply must stop by and check out this gem. Located in Hwy 12 right next to the turn to go to XNA.
