ALDI — Local services in Cayce

I have a very bad experience with the manager of this Branch today, my Sister lost her bag while shopping in the store, the other two people were helping us to find the bag, but to her she was looking at us like the criminals, she was just showing unconcerned, we call the police to report the bag, thank God he came the official needs to look at the Cameras she refused, This is about 720pm, she didn't let the officer look at the Cameras wish is very strange to me, I have the receipt the time we were at the shop, she said she needs to close when is not even 7:30pm, The store closes by 8pm, the other white woman and the white man they were helping us looking around but this black woman who is the manager was something else, all we are saying please let us looked at the Cameras in the stores to know were she lost the bag, we are still looking for it, if any one find it please kindly call the police thank you and God Bless you, if what happens now can not be find on the camera or deleted that will be very very unfair of...

Actually love this place. Great prices and unique products. Lost a 🌟 because after the expansion the staff is taking longer to stock, leaving product in the aisles, making it harder to navigate. My trips here are taking 5 to 15 minutes longer on average because of this even when l have only a few items to purchase. Will put the 🌟 back when this is corrected. Like I said, I really love this place and it adds to the reasons I want to move to the West Columbia area. The employees are friendly, helpful, and fast when you finally make it to checkout.

A year later and there is still a problem keeping up with demand. I shop here usually 2 - 4 times a week. I think when they expanded the store they underestimated how it would grow in popularity. One suggestion: put another one in Cayce - they will both be busy, but not overwhelmed. BTW, I'm really happy I moved from Columbia to Cayce - SO much...

We shop almost exclusively at ALDI for our groceries due to quality and price. Their selection is vast, but sometimes, some products rotate in and out of stock (such as German week). Call ahead if you are looking for something specific that has come and gone.

The selection of brands is not the same as a normal store. They sell European items or have some small stock of the brands you recognize, but there is never a guarantee that they will have the item you recognize again. It's a "get it before it's gone" kind of situation. Regardless, they offer pretty good deals.

Their produce is always fresh and attractive, always rotated properly. Everything they have has been satisfactory, including non-food items. I have loved all of the food except for maybe three things - which were pad thai from their Asian line, caramel dip, and some charcuterie-style...
