Our dog has been attending Central Bark for six months and absolutely loves it. We followed a recommendation from another puppy parent to board our dog for the weekend and Central Bark treated her better than we could have imagined- we were anxious leaving her anywhere but had an emergency. We receive picture updates on her grooming days and nights she has sleepovers. On social media Central Bark posts pictures of the dogs playing. If our dog had an upset tummy we were notified immediately. Central Bark pays attention to allergies and puts them in group/play groups best suited for them. When we drop our dog, Red off at daycare she's pushing the gate open herself to go to school. We take Red twice/week to Central Bark and after we pick her up she's exhausted from playing all day. Can't recommend this place enough! We tried one day of day care that didn't go so well due to our dog's special needs and defensive attitude, but we kept bringing her back for grooming. Grooming services are top notch and they really listen to your wishes. Then they were willing to give our sweet girl another chance at day care to see if she could be successful. After TWO more trials, they were able to figure out her quirks and which groups she'd be happy in. I appreciated the thorough communication after each group, and their willingness to try different methods with her. Now she's so excited when we pull up and can't wait to go back for play groups! We're very happy to have found somewhere we trust that does not just lump all big dogs in one group and small dogs in the other. I am beyond impressed. We are military and have moved numerous times. My dogs have been to many different day cares, and I have researched and tried many day cares in the area, and this is definitely the best one I have found. It is clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, energetic, and loving toward my dogs. There were many customers coming in and out while I was there, and all dogs were greeted by name and the dogs were excited be there. The staff made me feel very comfortable and confident knowing my dog was going to be taken care of. I had many questions about their services, and they were patient and made sure I had all the answers I needed.
