Benjamin Marcus was amazing to work with during the sales / acquisition process - willing to make adjustments and selling us the dream. However, once the build got started, things fell apart quickly. Something that should have been one of the most exciting times (building dream home) was an absolutely miserable experience that went on for 18 months after closing trying to get them to resolve items.

I'm going to keep this review as concise as possible, but there is so much more I could detail about the experience. I know our sentiment towards the company is shared by others that we have spoken with. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone to build a new...
