This place is occupying the space of another Mexican place, but is planning on moving to a bigger space in the same plaza due to their success. We’ve not had the chance to try them out until recently, but finally got the chance and were actually quite surprised to see how many people came for takeout given our experiences. It is setup basically as a takeout place. Once you enter the space, you come up against a counter where you place your order, pick it up, and pay. There is a bar of sorts along the right wall, and tables along the left side as well as outside seating behind the restaurant. There is no direct table service. You order your dishes and they give you a number sign. Then, when it’s ready, they bring it to your table. When we were there, we saw about seven or eight employees wandering around, so we were not sure why they did not offer complete table service, but that’s their decision.

The food came out exceedingly fast. From order to delivery, could not have been more than 5 minutes for the Guacamole, and another 10 minutes for the main dishes. Our opinion on the food follows in order from best to worse:

Best dish: the beef chimichanga. It was seasoned and flavorful. You have a choice of red or green sauce on it. We went with the red and enjoyed it. The rice and beans that came as sides were eminently forgettable.

Next best: the chicken sopes. These cornmeal cakes were topped by seasoned chicken chunks and then some shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and a crema. Good overall, but I used the hot sauce provided to add some needed pizzaz.

Bad: Fish tacos. Overly fried fish sticks that tasted greasy. Besides the burnt and grease flavors, the only other thing we tasted was a sweetness that we are not sure where it came from.

Worst: the Guacamole. On the menu they state how proud they are of it. But, it was just whipped Avocado. We had to add oodles of salt and pepper to it. They did not put in onion, cilantro, lime juice, or anything else that a good Guacamole should have in it.

We did not go for the chips and salsa as they charge almost $5 for a...

My SO and I tried this for the first time and the food was delicious! I got unsweetened ice tea and it was definitely good and fresh. The glass sizes are awesome! He got the nachos and I got the quesabirria tacos. My only complaint is the price. 16.75 for 3 tacos. No sides. The tacos are good but I feel like it's a bit pricey for what you get. And the green sauce that came with it was super water downed and wasn't good. We had a tiny language barrier. My SO asked for coke zero and got regular coke. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but he's diabetic and didn't realize it was regular coke til later... that much sugar is dangerous. When we walked up the sign said open but there was a closed sign on the door. We almost didn't go in and were a bit confused. I'd like to try other things on their menu. The food is good it's just the price I'm having issues with. The complimentary chips and salsa were okay. The salsa's were a bit bland. I've had better store bought... the chips were a little stale. The employees were super nice. The bathrooms were clean and a little interesting on the design.

Never seen a bathroom with a door into it, a sink, two other doors leading to other full bathrooms with toilets and their own sinks. Definitely not a complaint, it was nice and clean.

Overall we'd go back but maybe include rice and beans or something when charging almost $17 for 3 tacos and be careful as to what drinks you are giving your...

Went for dinner on 10 Feb. Prices are somewhat high. No biggie. No real combinations... ate at a lot of Mexican restaurants in Florida. Almost all had 10 or more combo plates, i.e., taco, burrito and chalupa, or tortilla and enchilada, etc. Chips and salsa - had no regular red salsa...something fancier...again okay, but probably not what most people expect. My wife ordered well done fajitas and I ordered the enchilada. Nothing extravagent. We waited for over 20 minutes...nothing. Finally looked up to the counter and a waiter asked if we needed anything. Told him we were just wondering where our food was. They had somehow not got the order in the kitchen...they completely missed the order. Hurried up and made our food. Brought it over and that was that. Never again checked to see if it was okay, if we needed anything else...nothing. The fajitas were good, my enchilada was okay...kinda dry, kinda bland. No comp was even offered. Bottom line - bad service and okay food. Will...

My waiter, his primary language is likely Spanish, and it’s a testament that this place isn’t Mad Mex… This is a place where they serve amazing, mouthwatering, authentic Hispanic and Mexican-American food, if that is what you are looking for, then you have found your Mecca… umm your Mexico City^^^. The vibe is very relaxed, but the food is just top notch. The guacamole states that it is the best in the area, and they are telling the truth in print media! My beautiful and pregnant wife and I enjoyed our meal, and the respite from the thunderstorm. We highly recommend this place!

So hear me out- I have around 1.2k restaurant reviews and I'm in the top 20% of Google food reviewers. There's a reason this place has such a high rating- it checks every single box! The service was phenomenal and the food was arguably the best Mexican I've had in my whole life. We got a little bit of everything form the menu: quesadillas, loaded nachos, fajitas, cocktails, quest, and salsa. Every single item was prepared quickly and was so insanely on point. Please. Go. Here. This place is OUTSTANDING!
