My wife and I were traveling through Utah and had some trouble with an axle seal leaking. It’s never a good time for car troubles but this was especially bad timing as we were on our way to Boston from California hauling a trailer with everything we own on it. There were other shops that said they could do the repairs quickly but after days the car was still sitting untouched. We decided to have it towed to Gary’s and I must say everything they said they would do they delivered on. While they were working on the front differential a part broke but they were honest and upfront about this and had the part to replace it the next morning. Things like this happen in any type of service and it shows a high level of integrity for them to be upfront and take care of the problem. I don’t usually write many reviews unless I feel a strong opinion either good or bad. These guys are great and very trustworthy. I even noticed there was a plastic piece that was broken (unrelated to the repairs) on my front driver wheel and they swapped it with one in my spare. One more thing that shows love and great attention to detail. Thanks guys the repairs were great and we made it to Boston safely with no troubles. I have had nothing but happiness working with Levi and his crew. They actually call you back when they say they will. I'm so happy that I found them. He has been really honest with us and will recommend the best plan for his customers even if it means you going somewhere else. We brought our car in for a diagnosis (which was free by the way. Most places charge), he coulnd't figure out where the noise was coming from so he suggested that we don't do anything until we found out. A week or so later, I came back and luckily he was able to pin point where the noise was coming from and he told us to contact the dealership first to see if there is any warranty before he fixed it (because that would be cheaper for us), so honest. We ended up going through him and my catalytic converter was repaired in less than a day and for a REALLY cheap price. The noise is gone, and my car is fixed. On a very long road trip, I began to have a transmission or ptu issue. I called Dusty on a Saturday. I was only 20 miles out. He told me bring it by and he would take it for a drive. There was very little wait. He quickly diagnosed the problem and flushed the fluids. I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough he was. I was even more surprised when I got the bill. It was very fair and reasonable. In fact, it was probably less expensive then my mechanic back home would have charged. I don't think I could have found someone more knowledgeable, honest, or friendly if I tried. I guess if I have one regret is that, God willing, I will probably never have the opportunity to do business with them again.
