If I could give this company a zero I would. My family has been with this company for over 15 years maybe even 20 years and my mother is not a very controversial person whenever there was any mistake she wouldn’t say anything she would just let it be. Now I took over the contract as my parents Got a new house. There was constant issues from the moment I took it over till today at the moment I canceled my account. They would tell me that my water would be here one day and then when that day comes the water was never here and they never call you to let you know that it’s not coming. So when I call they give me excuses like the drivers called out they don’t show up sometimes OK ….that’s all well and good but as a customer service agent you should give me a call and let me know that my water will be late I have a life I can’t wait here all day for water that’s not gonna show up. Then when I finally decide to cancel after nearly 20 years of being with this company, my mother stated that the bottles that we had were hers purchased from a different company before Java bar was what they were.(fresh cool) . The customer service agents who I’ve been having issues with this entire time a Miss Diane and Gail Have been very misleading. They’re not on the same page they have no customer service skills especially Diane whom decided to tell my mother that’ “your daughter and you are very difficult to deal with and we’ll just be done with it.” I’ve been in customer service for eight years I know how to deal with clients and how to defuse situations , THIS woman was rude condescending and wouldn’t let us speak at some points I’m over it I do not recommend this company at all especially if these women are still working there. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Jason Russo who is the customer service manager of sorts but I have yet to be able to because what they did is not right and because of it and the way that they dealt with us Arctic Falls is losing a Nearly 20 year account!    Read moreThe delivery people are very nice and when I call Customer Service they "seem" to do their best to accommodate us but whoever runs this business is extremely inefficient and it seems they simply don't care. We are rarely open on Fridays and have told them multiple times that we cannot get Friday water deliveries as the office is CLOSED. I check the delivery calendar regularly and they NEVER deliver on the scheduled day, which is always on a Tuesday, every 4 weeks. They come whenever they wish, it seems. It would be one thing if it was once in a while but it is EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Whoever does the scheduling is incredibly incompetent. We've had two other services in the past and this delivery issue is the absolute worst we've encountered. It is time for us to find a new water delivery service. Hopefully they eventually get a new person to do the scheduling who is not so unbelievably...
   Read morePretty insane how inconsistent the deliveries are with this company. I scheduled a delivery and called mid-day on the scheduled delivery day to check to see since this has been a trend to just show up when they want. The representative told me they were in the next town over and to expect it soon. I wait around for another 4 hours and call back only for the representative to tell me that it’s being delivered later in the week, on a day that I never mentioned would be ok to deliver since nobody would be available to accept the delivery. I rescheduled it but who even knows. I will certainly be canceling after this last delivery and switching to a bigger company with more consistent routes/communication.
